Composition per liter:

Glucose .............................................................20.0g

Ca(NO3)2·4H2O ..................................................8.4g

KH2PO4.............................................................1.09g

KCl....................................................................0.22g

FeCl3 .................................................................0.2μg

MnSO4 ..............................................................0.2μg

ZnSO4 ...............................................................0.2μg

Preparation of Medium: Add components to

distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L.

Mix thoroughly. Filter sterilize.

Use: For the cultivation of Fusarium species.
