Beef extract.................................................................................1.36g
Trehalose.......................................................................................1.0g
Starch ..........................................................................................0.68g
pH 7.3 ± 0.1 at 25°C
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Gently heat until dis-
solved. Do not overheat. Filter sterilize. Aseptically distribute into ster-
ile tubes or flasks.
Use: For the cultivation of Bacillus popilliae.
