培养基配方

Composition per liter:
Plant hydrolysate.........................................................................10.0g
Glucose .........................................................................................5.0g
NaCl..............................................................................................5.0g

Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Gently heat and bring to boiling. Cool to 25°. Adjust pH to 7.0. Distribute into sterile tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 12 psi pressure–118°C.
Use:  For the study of glucose fermentation where pH indicator is not desired.
