Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized

water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Filter sterilize. Asep

tically distribute into tubes or flasks.

Use: For carbohydrate assimilation tests in the characterization and

identification of yeasts.
