培养基配方
Composition per liter:
K2HPO4 .........................................................5.0g
Pancreatic digest of casein.....................................5.0g
Yeast extract...................................................5.0g
Glucose.........................................................2.0g
Tween™ 80......................................................0.5mL
pH 7.0 ± 0.1 at 25°C
Preparation of Medium: Prepare and dispense anaerobically under
an atmosphere of 80% N2 + 10% CO2 + 10% H2 . Add components to
distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly.
Sparge with a gas mixture of 80% N2 + 10% CO2 + 10% H2 . Adjust pH
to 7.5. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi
pressure–121°C.
Use: For the cultivation of Actinomyces naeslundii.
