培养基配方
Composition per liter:
NaCl.........................................................................200.0g
MgSO4 ·7H2O..................................................................20.0g
Yeast extract.................................................................10.0g
Casamino acids, vitamin free...................................................7.5g
Sodium citrate.................................................................3.0g
KCl............................................................................2.0g
FeSO4 ·7H2O (4.98% solution)..................................................1.0mL
pH 7.4 ± 0.2 at 25°C
Preparation of Medium:  Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Gently heat until
boiling. Adjust pH to 7.4 with NaOH. Distribute into tubes or flasks.
Autoclave for 10 min at 15 psi pressure–121°C.
Use:  For the cultivation and maintenance of Actinopolyspora halo-
phila and Haloarcula japonica.
