Use: For the cultivation and maintenance of Bacillus spp., Pseudomo- nas spp., Xanthomonas campestris pvar. campestris, Xanthobacter sp., Aquaspirillum arcticum, Herbaspirillum seropedicae, Sphingobium chlorophenolicum=Sphingomonas chlorophenolica, and Azoarcus sp. Also H3P is a heterotrophic medium for growth, purity checking, and isolation of a broad spectrum of aerobic bacteria.
