Composition per liter:

NaCl .............................................................................................. 8.0g

Na2HPO4 ..................................................................................... 1.15g

KH2PO4......................................................................................... 0.2g

KCl................................................................................................ 0.2g

CaCl2·2H2O................................................................................... 0.1g

MgCl2·6H2O.................................................................................. 0.1g

pH 7.2–7.4 at 25°C

Preparation of Tissue Culture Dulbecco Solution: Add com

ponents to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix

thoroughly. Adjust pH to 7.2–7.4. Filter sterilize.

Use: For use in tissue culture and virus preparations.
