KCl................................................................................................ 0.4g

NaHCO3 ...................................................................................... 0.35g

CaCl2·2H2O................................................................................. 0.14g

MgCl2·6H2O.................................................................................. 0.1g

MgSO4·7H2O ................................................................................ 0.1g

Na2HPO4..................................................................................... 0.06g

KH2PO4....................................................................................... 0.06g

Phenol Red.................................................................................. 0.02g

pH 7.2–7.4 at 25°C

Preparation of Tissue Culture Hanks Solution: Add compo

nents to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thor

oughly. Adjust pH to 7.2–7.4. Filter sterilize.

Use: For use in tissue culture procedures.
